Terms of Service
Effective 7 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Setlister you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Setlister extracts a tracklist from a YouTube DJ-set link. The free tier provides the tracklist and a YouTube search link per track. The paid tier ("Selector") adds matching and playlist creation on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, plus Discogs and Bandcamp links. Matches are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your connected music-service authorizations secure. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country.
4. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Selector is offered at €10/month or €99/year, billed through Stripe.
- New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected begins and your payment method is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Prices are in euros and may be subject to applicable taxes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Third-party services
Setlister is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube/Google, Spotify, Apple, Discogs, or Bandcamp. Your use of those services through Setlister is subject to their respective terms, and you authorize Setlister to act on your behalf only as needed to provide the features you use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to disrupt or reverse- engineer it, exceeding rate limits, or using it to infringe copyright or violate any third-party service's terms. Tracklists and links are provided for your personal use.
7. Intellectual property
Setlister and its branding are owned by us. Music metadata, artwork, and content belong to their respective rights holders.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that matches are correct, that playlists will be created successfully, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setlister will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict- of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
